FINN & CO., a beach inspired fragrance brand, had a small portfolio of products which included a candle, fragrance oil, and body cream available in two signature scents. The goal was to expand the product offerings and gain incremental growth.


What we created:

  • A market and competitive set analysis to determine product formats and sizes, product format gaps, target COGS and MSRP, packaging development, and key USP’s

  • Established MOQ’s based on sales forecasting

  • Developed and project managed the timelines, deliverables, costs, payments/PO’s, suppliers, and the full new product development plan

  • Created and implemented the go-to-market launch plan and marketing materials


  • Incremental growth of 22.4%

  • Increased average order size by 32%
