As the U.S. experienced stay at home orders due to Covid-19, the 2020 holiday shopping season changed as consumers opted to shop on-line vs in-store.  This once B2B brand needed to pivot to D2C and have ready-to-give gift sets which were easy to buy and easy to ship.

 

What we did:

  • We created 5 different gift sets at tiered price levels

  • Sourcing of unique boxes

  • Artwork and copywriting

  • Photography for website and marketing materials

  • Digital marketing including email communication, PPC, and paid social advertising

 

Results:

  • 38.3% contribution in sales to the holiday selling period.

  • Provided incremental revenue to achieve a record sales month.

  • 20% of sales came from new consumers.
